W: I checked your feature story on the city's soccer stadium development project. 

You did a great job on it, but I think it would be a good idea to include a quote from Terry Guild, the project director. 

Including a statement from a top-level administrator on how construction of the venue is progressing would lend more authority to the piece.  
  
M: I tried contacting him, but his assistant said he's on a business trip and won't return until next Monday.  
  
W: Hmm. Why don't you call his assistant and ask for Mr. Guild's e-mail address?

Perhaps he'd be willing to send you a written statement to use before we print the newspaper's weekend edition.
